Brian Cruse began his career at Penn State University where he achieved a bachelor’s degree in Business & Construction Management along with a minor in Business Administration. Upon graduation, his construction career started with Dick Corporation where he worked as a Project Engineer completing multi-million dollar highway and bridge work. Brian then landed a job with Catamount Constructors as a Project Manager. During this time he successfully completed projects including banks, Walgreens, and Wal-Mart Distribution centers in addition to managing a large residential development. Brian continued as Project Manager until 2005 when he and his partner, Forrest, transformed their knowledge, experience, and talents into Unique Constructors.
Forrest Albaugh’s passion for building started prior to college when he began assisting various contractors in the western Pennsylvania region. He then met Brian at Penn State University where he also achieved a bachelor’s degree in Business & Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. Once receiving his degree, Forrest worked as an Estimator for Braymon Construction, a Field Engineer for Dick Corporation and as a Project Manager for Manorhouse Builders. These titles lead to experience in bridge, sound and retaining wall construction, townhouse reconstruction, apartment build outs and land development for various communities.
